Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Services

Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC offers:

  • Custom embroidery and made-to-order items

  • Premade, ready-to-ship goods

Custom items are created to customer specifications and may include personalized designs, names, or logos.

Orders & Payments

  • Full payment (100%) is required at checkout for all orders, including custom and pre-orders

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received

  • We accept payment through approved payment processors

By placing an order, you authorize Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC to charge your selected payment method.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or stitching are inherent to handcrafted items and do not constitute defects

Structural defects only (such as stitching failure or construction issues) must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are not issued as store credit.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for premade, non-custom items only, subject to our Return Policy.

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, including custom embroidery, as these products are made to the customer’s specifications.

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Custom Orders: Average processing time is 1-20 days

  • Premade Items: Ship within 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, logos, and content on this website are the property of Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer-Supplied Items

Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or items due to normal embroidery processes, fabric limitations, or pre-existing flaws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
