Custom Order Policy

Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC provides custom embroidery and made-to-order products tailored to each customer’s specifications. Please review this policy carefully before placing a custom order.

Order Process & Payment

Custom orders are initiated after submitting order form, consultation, and confirmation of design details. Once project details are finalized, the customer will receive one of the following:

  • An approval sheet to sign

  • A custom invoice or 

  • A custom product listing 

Full payment (100%) is required before production begins. Custom orders will not be scheduled, started, or shipped until payment has been received in full and approval sheet has been signed.

A small percentage fee will  be added on custom orders  to cover the chosen payment method cost.

Payment of a custom invoice, payment link, or custom product listing constitutes approval to proceed with the custom order and acceptance of all applicable policies and terms.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, and design details prior to production. Once approval is given, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply if modifications are requested.

Minor variations in color, thread tone, placement, and stitching are inherent to the embroidery process and do not constitute defects.

Processing Time

Custom order processing times vary based on design complexity and current workload. The average processing time is approximately 3-20 days from payment and final design approval.

Upon request, a more precise production and delivery timeframe may be provided at the time of order placement.

Returns & Refunds (Custom Orders)

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

Exception: Structural defects such as stitching failure, unraveling, or construction issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If approved, a repair, replacement, or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Customer-Provided Materials

Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or materials due to normal embroidery processes, fabric limitations, or pre-existing flaws.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, images, text, or artwork they provide for custom orders do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

By submitting a design for customization, the customer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use and reproduce the design. Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC assumes no liability for copyright or intellectual property violations related to customer-provided content.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
