Order Processing

Custom Orders: Processing time is approximately 3-20 days after payment is received and final design approval is confirmed. A more precise production and delivery timeframe may be provided upon request at the time of order placement.

Premade / Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on shipment size, destination, and service availability.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Responsibility
Sharps Embroidery & Customs LLC is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Customs & Duties (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once a custom order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Rights)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their item, subject to the conditions below.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, including custom embroidery, as these products are made to the customer’s specifications. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases of verified structural defects.

Custom Orders (No Returns / Limited Refunds)
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of custom embroidery, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Exception – Structural Defects Only
If a custom item arrives with a structural defect (such as stitching failure, unraveling, or construction issues), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund to the original payment method
Custom items include, but are not limited to:

Personalized embroidery

Custom names, logos, or designs

Made-to-order apparel, regalia, or accessories
Premade / Ready-to-Ship Items (Returns Accepted)
Premade, non-custom items may be returned under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing
