Once your request is submitted, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your project and bring your vision to life. Custom designs require time to create and digitize and large designs may take up to one week to complete. The first hour of digitizing is included in the design price. Additional digitizing time is billed at $25 per hour.

Once your design proof is approved and payment is received, production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Larger or multi-item orders may require additional time. We will provide order updates and tracking information once your order ships.

Purchase Orders (POs): If paying by Purchase Order, an approved PO is required before any production work begins.

Custom Design Ownership: Custom designs are created specifically for your project. If you choose not to purchase the design or do not move forward with your order after the design has been completed, all rights to the artwork and digitized files remain the property of Sharps Embroidery & Customs, LLC. We reserve the right to use, modify, sell, reproduce, or incorporate the design into future products or projects at our sole discretion.
